FOR REFERRING DOCTORS
An endodontic partner, finally in the West Valley
Your patients no longer need to cross the metro for specialist care. Send us the tough canals, the retreatments, and the 8am emergencies — and get a full report back the same day.
WHAT YOUR OFFICE CAN EXPECT
- Emergencies triaged same day, urgent referrals seen within 24–48 hours
- Report and imaging back to your office the day of treatment
- Your patient returned to you for the final restoration — always
- A direct doctor line answered by our clinical team, not a queue
Our philosophy on referrals
Your patient remains your patient. We handle the endodontic problem you sent — nothing more — and return the patient to your office for the restoration with a clear written record of what was done and what we recommend. We do not place crowns, we do not solicit your patients for general care, and we never make restorative decisions that belong in your chair.
When findings change mid-treatment — a fracture deeper than imaging suggested, a canal that can't be negotiated — you'll hear it from us directly, with the CBCT views to match, so the two of us can decide the right path together before anything irreversible happens.
How to refer
-
01
Send the referral
Fax or email the referral form with recent radiographs, or have your patient bring it. For urgent cases, skip the paperwork and call the doctor line — we'll take details verbally.
-
02
We schedule directly
Our team contacts your patient within one business day — same day for urgent referrals — verifies benefits, and books the visit. You'll receive confirmation the appointment is set.
-
03
Diagnosis, treatment, documentation
CBCT imaging where indicated, microscope-assisted treatment, and a complete report — findings, prognosis, and restorative recommendations — sent to your office the same day.
-
04
Back to you for the restoration
We advise the patient to schedule their permanent restoration with you promptly, and we follow up on healing at recall so you have a complete picture at their next hygiene visit.

Cases we're equipped for
Beyond routine molar endodontics: retreatment of failing root canals, apical microsurgery, calcified and anatomically complex canals, cracked-tooth diagnosis for the patient whose pain you can't localize, and trauma management with structured follow-up. In-house CBCT means you'll also get definitive imaging for the borderline cases — sometimes the answer you need is "this tooth isn't restorable," and we'd rather tell you that before anyone treats it.
Want to see the operatory before you send your first patient? Call the doctor line and come by — we'd genuinely like to meet the offices we'll be working with. Details on our equipment are on Our Technology.
